Terms and conditions

The online store www.minka.si (hereinafter referred to as the “online store”) is operated by the company PHARMA G d.o.o as an e-commerce provider (hereinafter “the provider”). The general terms and conditions of the provider are compiled in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), the General Regulation on Personal Data Protection (GDPR), the applicable Personal Data Protection Act and the Electronic Communications Act (ZEKom-1).

The provider undertakes to always provide the customer with the following information:
• company identity (name and registered office, register number) and contact information that enables the user to communicate quickly and efficiently (e-mail, telephone),
• essential characteristics of the goods or services (including after-sales services),
• availability of products (any product or service offered on the website should be available within a reasonable time),
> • conditions of delivery of the product or execution of the service (method, place and deadline of delivery),
• clearly and unambiguously determined prices of products and transport costs,
• method of payment and delivery,
• time validity of the offer ,
• the period within which it is still possible to withdraw from the contract and any costs incurred in returning the product,
• an explanation of the complaint procedure, including all information about the contact person or customer service.

The purchase on the website can be made as a user or. member or as a guest.

By registering at www.minka.si/customer/account/login/ you become a member. Registered members as well as guests who make a quick purchase and do not need to register before making a purchase have the right to purchase in the online store.
When registering in the online store, the visitor obtains a username identical to his e-mail address and password. If a user wishes to change their email address or password at any time, they can do so in their user profile.

Product offer and prices

The offer of the online store can change daily due to the nature of business via the World Wide Web. Prices are presented as regular and reduced.

The bidder reserves the right to arbitrarily change the prices that are valid at the time of placing the order and do not have a predetermined durability. All published prices include VAT, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Despite daily updating and checking the accuracy of the data, it may happen that the price information is incorrect. In this case, or in the event that the price of the item changes during the processing of the order, the provider will allow the buyer to withdraw from the purchase or offer another appropriate solution to the mutual satisfaction.

The provider reserves the right to withdraw from the sales contract in case of text, price or computer errors on the website.

Purchase process

  1. Product selection: On the website www.minka.si select the product and click on the link “Add to cart”. The system notifies you that the product has been successfully added to the cart. If a user wants to remove a specific product from the shopping cart, they must click on the shopping cart icon and cross the “remove” check box. To complete your purchase, right-click the “Complete Purchase” link and the system will take you to the shopping cart.
  2. Order accepted: Before completing the purchase , the user can review the submitted delivery information, the payment method he has chosen and the contents of the shopping cart. The user confirms the order by clicking on the “Submit order” button. After placing the order, the customer receives a notification by e-mail that the order has been accepted in the queue. Comprehensive information on the status and content of the order is always available to the buyer on the provider’s website.

  3. Order being processed: The bidder reviews the order, checks the availability of the ordered items and confirms the order or rejects it with a reason. The bidder may call the buyer on his contact telephone number to verify the data or ensure the accuracy of the delivery. Upon confirmation of the order, the provider notifies the buyer by e-mail of the estimated delivery time. The contract on the purchase of ordered items between the buyer and the provider is irrevocably concluded at this stage.
  4. Order completed: The bidder prepares, sends and notifies the buyer by e-mail within the agreed deadline. At the same time, the provider informs the customer about the return policy and provides information on where to turn in the event of a delay in delivery and where in the event of a complaint.

It is also possible to pick up in person at the Nabie store in Ljubljana (Cankarjevo nabrežje 25). In this case, there are no takeover costs. At the Nabie collection point in Ljubljana, payment is possible in cash or with a payment or credit card (Activa, Mastercard, Visa, Visa Electron, American Express, BA Maestro).

Packaging and delivery costs for purchases over € 30.00 are free, up to € 30.00 the price of packaging and delivery is 2.99. Note: these conditions and the costs of packaging and delivery are valid only within the Republic of Slovenia.

Card payments
We accept bank card payments: Activa, Maestro, MasterCard, Visa and Visa Electron. When purchasing, select the type of payment card and enter the payment card number and expiration date in the appropriate box and confirm the purchase.
If you are using a Visa or MasterCard, you must enter the 3-digit security code on the back of the card. to the right of your card number.

Payment by proforma invoice
The easiest and fastest way to make a payment is in your online bank with a general payment order BN02, but you can also pay at any physical branch of the bank, Pošta Slovenije or other providers that enable payments with payment order BN02.
You will receive all data for payment by proforma invoice in the confirmation e-mail. The deadline for payment is 3 days after the order is placed. If we do not receive payment to our account within this time, we will understand that you are withdrawing from the order and canceling the order.

We update product availability information once a day and may no longer be in stock when we receive an order. In this case, we will notify you immediately and transfer any amount transferred back to the desired account within 3 working days at the latest.

The following conditions also apply when paying with payment or credit cards:

The bidder issues an invoice to the buyer on a durable medium as long as the sales contract (order) is stored in electronic form on the provider’s server.

Issuance of invoice

After the delivery and payment of the ordered items, the bidder also sends the invoice to the buyer in pdf format to the e-mail address of the buyer, which he stated when placing the order. The invoice breaks down the price and all costs related to the purchase. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify the accuracy of the information before placing an order. Subsequent objections to the irregularity of the invoices issued are irrelevant.

Order cancellation, return or replacement of goods

The buyer has the right to return the purchased goods without any compensation, but is obliged to cover the costs incurred in returning the object of purchase. The buyer must notify the bidder in writing of the intended return, no later than 14 days of receipt of the goods, to the e-mail address info@pharma-g.si or to the postal address: PHARMA G doo, Arkova ulica 5, 1210 Ljubljana – Šentvid, and the goods returned within a further 14 days from the written notice of withdrawal from the contract to the address PHARMA G doo, Arkova ulica 5, 1210 Ljubljana – Šentvid.
If the delivered products differ from the ordered products (delivery of incorrect products), the provider will provide them free of charge replaced by appropriate. Originally delivered products can only be returned in unopened packaging.
(When returning one or more items purchased in the “3 for 2” campaign or a tied purchase, where the price of the second product was reduced due to the purchase of the first product at full price or discount on a certain product due to exceeding a certain amount of full purchase, it is mandatory to return all items.


If the delivered products have a defect and do not correspond to the characteristics or specifications of the ordered products, the buyer must notify the provider within 8 days from the date of receipt of the product. If the defect could not be observed during the normal inspection (hidden defect), the customer must notify PHARMA G d.o.o. within eight days from the day he notices the defect, he otherwise loses this right.
PHARMA G d.o.o is not liable for defects that appear after six months have elapsed since the product was delivered.

The consumer or the buyer must describe the defect in more detail in the error notice and to PHARMA G d.o.o. allow the item to be inspected.
A consumer or customer who has notified the provider of a defect in a timely and correct manner has the right to request that the provider:
• rectify the defect in the product or
• return part of the amount paid in proportion to the defect or
• replaces the defective product with a new faultless product or refunds the amount paid.
In any case, the consumer or the buyer also has the right to demand compensation from the bidder, and in particular the reimbursement of costs of materials, replacement products, labor, transfer and transport of products incurred due to the fulfillment of obligations under the previous paragraph.

Return of damaged shipments

If the package is physically damaged, lacks content or shows signs of opening, the customer must initiate a complaint procedure with Pošta Slovenije. The received package must be taken to one of the Pošta Slovenije branches in the same condition as it was at the time of collection and a complaint form must be filled in. Together with Pošta Slovenije, we will make sure that the complaint is resolved as soon as possible.

By 1 pm, the ordered products will be shipped no later than two working days after the order (delivery regulations apply if the goods are in stock). The customer’s confirmation is considered to be a confirmed text layout mail, which he receives at his address or paid product.
If the provider is unable to fulfill its obligations due to the goods not being available, it will immediately notify the customer. The ordered products will be delivered by regular delivery. Delivery costs are calculated according to the delivery price list (you can see the delivery price list here – it is necessary to compile).
In case the provider removes the ordered products on time, he is not responsible for overdue delivery. Delivery is made to the address provided by the user when registering or ordering. If no one is at the address at the time of delivery, the courier leaves a notification of the arrival of the shipment. With the notification, you can pick up the shipment at the delivery address or arrange for re-delivery.


The online store www.minka.si strives to ensure the up-to-dateness and correctness of the published data, however, it may happen that the data (price, delivery time, product characteristics) are not updated in time. In such a case, the provider will notify the buyer of the changes and allow him to cancel or change the order or propose another appropriate solution.

The Minka online store and all data on it, images of articles, graphic and video elements on the website are protected and may not be reproduced or used without prior written permission. The Minka brand is protected.


The provider strives to provide accurate photographs of the items sold, but all photographs must be understood as symbolic.

Complaints and disputes

The provider makes every effort to establish an effective complaint handling system and resolve any disputes amicably and in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. In the event of exhaustion of all out-of-court channels for reaching an agreement, the locally competent court in the Republic of Slovenia is competent to resolve the dispute with regard to the bidder’s registered office.

Out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes

In accordance with legal norms, we do not recognize any provider of out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes as competent for resolving consumer disputes that could be initiated by the consumer in accordance with the Out-of-Court Settlement of Consumer Disputes Act. Pharma G d.o.o., which as a provider of goods and services enables online trade in the territory of Slovenia, publishes on its website an electronic link to the platform for online resolution of consumer disputes (SRPS).
